This programme includes various activities, such as creating a web platform dedicated to small and medium-sized resellers, supported by a web marketing strategy managed by specialists. The platform will provide quick answers to commercial queries regarding availability, pricing, and discounts, handling all order dispatch steps in real time

Our customers will be able to track the status of their orders, including shipping updates, at any given moment. The Digital Business Programme is also planned to integrate analytics and business intelligence software, allowing for the tracking of strategic metrics such as warehouse turnover rate and key business KPI.
